Add a TikTok account to Hire Shorts to manage it from the same place as your other social media accounts. When you add a TikTok account to Hire Shorts, you can publish videos to it, engage with your audience, create analytics reports, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admins, and those with custom organization permissions to Add Social Networks can add social accounts to organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are posting to a Business Account you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Make sure that your brand has a TikTok Business account. Personal and Creator accounts aren\u2019t supported, and you\u2019ll want a Business account if you’re creating videos as part of your brand\u2019s social strategy. See TikTok’s help article to learn more about Personal and Business accounts on TikTok<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To switch your TikTok account to Business, follow these steps in the TikTok mobile app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In your TikTok account, select your Profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the profile menu in the top right, and then select Settings and privacy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Manage account<\/strong>, and then select Switch to Business Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Post to your TikTok account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

     Web<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. In a separate browser tab or window, log out of TikTok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In View Jobs Page<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select Share Jobs <\/strong>Button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select TikTok<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Enter the TikTok account credentials, and then select Log in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Select\u00a0Authorize\u00a0<\/strong>to give Hire Shorts permission to manage your account. If you select\u00a0Edit access<\/strong>\u00a0and adjust any settings, TikTok won’t fully work in Hire Shorts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Add Title & Description<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Press Upload<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Troubleshoot problems adding a TikTok Business account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Hire Shorts is connecting to the wrong TikTok account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Before adding a TikTok profile, open a new web browser tab, and log out of TikTok<\/a>. Then go back to Hire Shorts and proceed. You\u2019ll be able to enter the correct account credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You\u2019re seeing the error: \u201cCouldn\u2019t authorize access\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If after entering your TikTok account credentials and selecting Log in<\/strong>, you see this error, it means you have a Personal TikTok account. Follow the instructions in Before you begin to switch your account to Business so you can manage TikTok along with the rest of your social accounts in Hire Shorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
